Is the watchme watch included?

No. The packaging calls the device watchme compatible, and the sister packaging states expressly that the remote control is not included. The watch is bought separately; without it you switch on the device itself.

What is watchme anyway?

A wristwatch that works as a radio remote. It looks like a watch and so does not stand out - that is the whole idea behind it.
