Where does the suction cup hold?

On a smooth, solid surface - tiles, glass, varnished wood. On textile, woodchip wallpaper or open-pored wood it does not hold. The ball joint allows almost any angle.

How far does the remote work?

It works by radio, not infrared - so line of sight is not needed. For couples that means one of you holds the remote without having to stand beside it.

Why does the length differ from the previous figure?

Because the previous figure was wrong. The box states three hundred and twenty-eight millimetres overall height; the shop said seventeen centimetres. We have taken the figure from the box.

Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one. Silicone oil attacks the silicone surface, it turns dull and tacky over time, and that cannot be undone. Suitable ones are under water-based lubricant, and the differences between the bases are explained in the lubricant guide.

How is it cleaned?

Wash it with warm water and a product from the sex toy cleaner category and let it dry in the open. Silicone is non-porous, so nothing settles in it. Store it without contact to other silicone toys - two silicone surfaces can stick together and go dull.
