Both carry the same EAN, the same colour and the same features - our supplier lists the same device under two numbers, and that is how it entered our range twice. Then why is it in the shop twice?

Because it was imported under two article numbers. We noticed while checking and would rather say so than keep quiet about it.

How far does the remote reach?

It works by radio and not by infrared - so line of sight is not needed, and it works through clothing as well. For couples that means one of you holds the remote without having to stand beside it.

Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one. Silicone oil attacks the silicone surface, it turns dull and tacky over time, and that cannot be undone. Suitable ones are under water-based lubricant, and the differences are explained in the lubricant guide.

How is it cleaned?

Wash it with warm water and a product from the sex toy cleaner category and let it dry in the open. Silicone is non-porous, so nothing settles in it.
