A cylindrical motor unit holds a piston that drives the attached silicone shaft back and forth, while a bullet vibrates in the tip of the shaft. On top of that there is a heating function that warms the shaft from inside. The shaft is slightly curved with twisted ribbing and is fitted with a twist lock, so it can be taken off for cleaning. It is operated via an illuminated control panel on the motor unit, with one button each for thrusting, vibration and heat, or via the wireless remote. What matters the first time?
