Three prongs instead of two ears, what does that change?

The fit becomes less critical. Two ears have to take the clitoris between them, three prongs cover an area, and one of them is almost always in the right place. In return the stimulus is less concentrated.

Why no hard handle?

Because nothing is meant to press. On devices with an arm the base rests against the body as soon as the arm is seated; a hard plastic part in that place gets in the way. Continuous silicone yields instead.

Is a single button enough?
