Where does the pad sit?

Outside on the body. If you wear the bulb vaginally, the pad rests on the clitoris; if you wear it anally, on the perineum. The bridge flexes and follows the shape of the body, so you do not need to hold anything.

Who controls the vibration?

Whoever holds the remote. You can keep it yourself or give it to the other person, who then decides on the ten modes.

What matters for anal use?

The base and enough lubricant. The base is wider than the neck of the bulb and stays outside; nothing without such a base is inserted anally. As the rectum produces no moisture of its own, you need plenty of water-based gel, for example from anal and fisting lubricant.
