What does air pressure instead of vibration mean?

Instead of rubbing, the outer part works with pressure waves in a small chamber, and the clitoris is barely touched. For that, the opening has to seal tightly all round.

Do I have to use both at once?

No. Both motors can be controlled separately, so you can work on the outside only and let the shaft rest. Once inserted, it then acts as an anchor that keeps the chamber in place instead of letting it slip as a plain lay-on would.

Which lubricant suits it?
