Why does the title give only the head?

Because the record carried the same value twice - once as length, once as diameter. That is the head; a wand a few centimetres long does not exist. The overall length is named by no readable source, so it does not stand here either.

Why does it now stand as green in the filter?

Because it is green. The article number ends in GRN, and the handle - the larger part of the device - is dark green. The shop said pink, which describes only the head; both now stand in the title.

What makes a wand a wand?
