How much movement does the belt allow?

Little, that is what it is designed for. The hands stay at the back of the hips and come neither forward nor up.

What is the O-ring for?

It joins the two halves of the belt and, when worn, sits centrally on the lower back, right between the hands.

Which colour do you get?

The variant you select before buying. Burgundy is a deep wine red, petrol a dark blue-green. The gold-coloured rings and studs are the same on both.

How do you put the cuffs on?
