❓ FAQ

How do you attach it?

Place the band around the Keon's housing and pull it tight so that the clamp sits on the side of the device. Then you put the phone in landscape between the two arms, with the screen facing outwards.

Does your phone fit?

What matters is the width of the phone, not the brand. Most common models fall within the range of the clamp. Thick protective cases can make a phone too wide, though, so take them off beforehand if in doubt.

What is the holder useful for?

For everything you want to see on the screen during use: the FeelConnect app with which you control the Keon, or an interactive video that the device follows. That way you neither have to hold the phone nor prop it up somewhere.

How do you clean it?

Take it off the Keon and wipe the clamp and band with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let everything dry in the air. You also only wipe the Keon itself with a damp cloth, because it contains the motor and battery.

What else do you need?

The Keon with a sleeve and plenty of water-based lubricant, as you will find under water-based lubricant. Without the device the holder has no purpose.
