⚠️ About the numbing gels

Part of the range is explicitly numbing or carries the word “Relaxer”. This deserves saying plainly: in fisting, pain is the only reliable warning signal that the last step was too big. Dampening that signal means you may not notice an injury until afterwards.

That does not make these products wrong – they are in the range for good reason and plenty of people use them deliberately. It does mean that if you use them, you need something other than your own pain response to fall back on. Work more slowly than you otherwise would, and with someone who is paying attention to you.

Which lubricant should I take?

To begin with, extra thick and water-based. It stays put, washes off with water and works with silicone toys as well as latex gloves. Hybrid and butter last longer but are harder to remove.

How much do I actually need?

Considerably more than you first assume – which is why the 1000 ml bottles and the powder exist. Several hundred millilitres over a longer session is normal. If it starts to drag as you move, there is too little; top up sooner rather than later.

What does the powder give me over ready-made gel?

Volume and control. One tub makes several litres, and how much water you add decides how thick it gets. For large quantities it is by far the cheapest option.

Are the gels compatible with latex gloves?

Water-based and hybrid gels, yes. Care is only needed with purely oil- or fat-based products – oil attacks latex. Most Fist It gels are water-based, but the details are stated on each item.

What do I need to know about safety?
