🔢 Niya – five devices, N1 to N5
Niya numbers its range, and that makes choosing easy: five items, each with a job of its own. All are silicone, three of them medical-grade silicone, all offer ten vibration modes and all are water-resistant.
📋 What each number does
- N1 is the kegel trainer for the pelvic floor – with a rechargeable remote control
- N2 is meant for couples, with a curved shape and a textured surface
- N3 works with a ring design and therefore aims precisely rather than broadly
- N4 is an egg for the palm and works from the outside only
- N5 is the multi-purpose device for outside and inside – likewise with a remote control
🎛️ Two with a remote, three without
N1 and N5 are worked by an included remote control; N2, N3 and N4 directly on the device. That is the practical difference: a remote pays off when the device is inserted or when someone else is meant to take over.
🧴 Silicone means water-based
The same rule applies to all five: water-based lubricant only, because silicone-based gel attacks the surface. Suitable gel is under water-based lubricant. Which model suits a beginner?
The N4. It sits as an egg in the hand, works from the outside only and therefore assumes the least. If you specifically want to train the pelvic floor, start with the N1 instead.
What does a kegel trainer actually do?
It is inserted and works the pelvic floor muscles as you hold and deliberately tense around it. On the N1 vibration is added, which stimulates the muscle further. A few minutes daily do more than one long session a week.
What does medical-grade silicone mean?
A particularly pure silicone quality of the kind used in medical technology – non-porous, neutral in taste and easy to clean. At Niya that applies to N1, N2 and N3.
Can I use the devices under water?
They are stated as water-resistant, which covers cleaning under running water. Whether a model may also be fully submerged is stated in its product description – with devices that have a charging port, caution is in order.
