What should you watch with a sex machine?
That the machine gives no feedback. It keeps thrusting even when it turns unpleasant – which is why you start at the shortest stroke and the lowest speed and keep the control in your own hand. Plenty of lubricant, short sessions, and off at once on pain. If you play as a couple, agree beforehand who holds the control and on which word it gets switched off.
How much space do the devices need?
More than expected. The sex chair measures 183 cm – that is the length of a bed, only with a frame. The machines need a firm, level floor and room for the stroke to the rear. A rug is unsuitable: whatever wobbles shifts under load.
What are they made of?
Two are iron with leather, one is plastic with steel. Those are construction materials, not contact surfaces – anything that actually goes into the body is an attachment and is considered separately. Leather is only wiped down damp and never soaked.
Which lubricant fits?
A water-based one, and plenty of it. A machine keeps working evenly even when the gel gave out long ago – unlike a hand, it does not notice. So apply generously beforehand and pause in between to top up. See water-based lubricant.
How is it cared for?
Clean attachments with warm water and a mild cleaner after every use and dry them completely. On the frame, retighten the screws regularly and keep the guide clean – a gritty bearing wears out fast. Do not clean electrics wet. See sex toy cleaner.
