What is a hollow tunnel plug?

What should I make of the numbing anal cream?
Be careful with it. Pain during anal sex is a warning signal – if you switch it off, you notice an injury only afterwards. Anyone reaching for a numbing cream because it otherwise hurts is usually going too fast or using too little lubricant; both can be solved without numbing. If you use it anyway, use it sparingly, not internally, and never as a substitute for preparation.
How tight may a cock ring be?
Tight enough to stay put, loose enough to come off at any moment. Put it on while soft, use a little lubricant and take it off after twenty to thirty minutes at the latest. What material is involved?
Around twenty items are TPE, six are silicone with ABS. TPE is porous: the surface has fine pores that can hold residue.
