How do I start?

With time and plenty of lubricant, ideally after a warm shower. Put the plug in place, wait until the muscle gives way by itself and do not push. If it does not work, it does not work today; tomorrow often looks different. None of this is a question of willpower; calm, on the other hand, helps.

How long can I wear it?

Ten to fifteen minutes to begin with. The standing base rests flat, so nothing speaks against longer wear once you are used to it. If it tugs or burns, the session is over, whatever the clock says.

How do I care for it?
