How do you insert it safely?

Slowly, with plenty of lubricant and without pressure. The base is wider than the neck and always stays outside; no toy may go into the bottom without such a stop, because the sphincter can pull it inwards. To remove it, take hold of the base and pull slowly, never by the tail alone. Stop immediately if it hurts.

Which lubricant suits it?

How do you clean it?
