❓ FAQ

Is the plug suitable for the bottom?

No. The round plate is only slightly wider than the head and therefore not a safe stop. Only toys with a clearly wider base all round are used anally, because the sphincter pulls inwards whatever it gets hold of.

What should you watch for with metal?

Check the plug before every use for edges, scratches and burrs, and make sure the jewel sits firmly in its setting; a loose stone means the plug is no longer used. Metal takes on warmth and cold quickly. So warm or cool it only gradually, for example under running water, and test the temperature on the inside of your wrist first.

Which lubricant suits metal?

Metal is non-porous and takes water-based lubricant as well as silicone-based lubricant. Water-based lubricant is easier to wash off afterwards.

How do you clean it?

With warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, then dry it thoroughly. Wipe the stone only gently and dry the setting well all round too.

How do you store it?

In the metal tin it lies protected and apart from other toys. That way no hard parts knock against the stone, and the smooth surface stays free of scratches.
