How far do you inflate it?

Only a little and in small steps, one squeeze after another with a pause in between. Never beyond what feels comfortable. Keep the valve within reach so you can let the air out immediately at any time.

How do you take it out again?

First release all the air through the valve, then pull it out slowly. An inflated plug is never pulled out, not even a little.

How do you insert it?
