Why does an anal toy need a base?

Because the sphincter pulls inward whatever it can grip, and the rectum has no natural limit. The base stays outside and prevents exactly that. A toy without a base does not belong in anal use.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and plenty of it, because nothing gets wet by itself anally, and without enough lubricant pressure very quickly turns into pain. Take more than you think you need and top up in between. Silicone gel does not suit silicone, it attacks the surface. The selection is under water-based lubricant, thicker ones under anal and fisting lubricant.

How do you start?
