What is the wide base for?

It keeps the plug outside. Anally only a toy with a flared base will do, because the sphincter can draw anything without a stop inside. On the Surfer 2 the base is clearly wider than the neck and rests outside.

Which lubricant do you use?

Plenty, and a water-based one. A selection stands under water-based lubricant. The bottom produces no moisture of its own, and silicone lubricant attacks the silicone surface.

How do you insert it?

Gently and without pressure. Put lubricant on the head, place the tip and wait until the muscle relaxes. As soon as the thickest part of the head is in, the plug slides along by itself up to the neck.

How do you remove it?

Slowly and by the base. Take hold of the base with two fingers and draw it out evenly, ideally while breathing out. The widest part of the head has to pass the muscle once more, so take your time here too.

How do you clean it?

With warm water and mild soap. Alternatively use a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner. Then pat it dry and leave it out until it is completely dry.
