What are the four pieces?

Because the bust is meant to stay free. Instead of cups a decorative chain runs across - the pasties do the rest.

How do the pasties stay on?

By an adhesive surface on the back. The skin has to be dry and free of oil or cream for that.

How does the size come out?

Rather snug. Chilirose cuts to European sizing; anyone between two sizes takes the larger one - lingerie should sit close, not cut in.

How is it washed?

By hand at thirty degrees, with a delicate detergent and no fabric softener. In the machine only inside a laundry bag on a gentle cycle; a tumble dryer ruins the elastic.

What if a thread pulls?

Do not cut it off - draw it inside with a blunt needle. A cut thread keeps running, a pulled-through one holds.

How is it stored?

Lying flat, not on a hanger. Lace and elastic give way under their own weight if a piece hangs for months.
