How long may it be worn?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch at most. If anything goes cold, numb, discoloured or hurts, it comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then a break before it goes on again. Do not sleep with it on.

How is it put on?

While soft and sitting down: adjust it this way the first time, because standing, everything hangs differently. As the ring has no clasp, ease it on slowly and without force; if it only goes on with effort, it is too tight.

How does it come off again?

Switch the functions off first, then cold water and patience do it, not force: the congestion eases as soon as things cool, and the ring can be widened carefully.
