The Lixpen body by Livco Corsetti is made of see-through black tulle, sleeveless and closed at the front right up to the neck. Panels of floral lace, framed by patterned trim bands, add darker accents to it. A triangular cut-out leaves the back bare down to the waist. At the neck it ends in a narrow stand-up collar. How do you put it on?

Open the hook at the nape, step into the body and close it again. Then smooth the tulle at the sides so that the trim bands run straight. You can open the snap fasteners at the crotch instead of taking off the whole body.

What are the trim bands?

Narrow bands with an openwork pattern that give the tulle contour. They run down the sides from the shoulders, across below the bust and along the hips.

How much does it show despite the high neck?

Quite a lot, because even the floral lace lets skin show through; no area is fully opaque. The high neck therefore acts more as a frame than as a cover.

What is included?

The body. The black satin ribbon and the over-the-knee boots in the pictures are not included.

Where does the lace sit?

At the top it lies as a wide strip across the bust, with only tulle above it up to the neck. Below the trim band at the waist the lace runs in a V down to the crotch, with only tulle to the left and right of it. At the leg openings the lace ends in a scalloped edge, framed by the trim band at the hips.

How do you care for the body?

Fasten the hook before washing so it does not catch on the tulle. The gentlest way is to wash the body by hand in cool water and let it dry lying flat.
