Body tape is a double-sided tape that holds clothing to the skin - a neckline that should not slip, a strap that should not show. It sticks to skin and to fabric, and both only hold if the skin is dry and grease-free. Peel it off slowly and from one corner, not with a jerk; on sensitive skin it is worth testing a small area before it stays on all evening. Five metres is a lot - cut off what is needed, the rest stays on the roll and dry. Nipple pasties hold with an adhesive layer, and everything practical hangs on that. The skin has to be dry and free of grease - body lotion, oil or powder applied beforehand and they will not hold for an hour. Stick them on from the centre outward, without creases, and take them off slowly, starting at one corner; pulling takes skin with it. On sensitive skin it is worth testing a small area before they stay on all evening. The adhesive power is finite: they can be used a few times if they go back onto the backing film after removal, but not indefinitely. How long do they hold?

On dry, grease-free skin, one evening. On moisturised skin considerably less - that is the most common reason they come off.

Can they be used more than once?

A few times yes, if they go back onto the backing film after removal. The adhesive power decreases each time.

How are they taken off?

Slowly, starting at one corner, and not with a jerk. On sensitive skin warm water in the shower helps.

Do they get on with sensitive skin?

Usually yes, but not always - test a small area first. If redness does not fade after a short while, better leave them off.
