Which measurements matter?

Compare hip and thigh circumference first, then height and cup. If all four values fall within the ranges, the one size will fit you. At the upper end of a range the mesh sits tighter and the stitches open up more.

How sheer is the white lace?

Between the flowers the skin shows through the fine mesh, while the flowers themselves are knitted more densely.

How do you put it on?

Sitting down and from the feet up. Gather one leg down to the toe, slip in and ease the mesh up bit by bit, then do the second leg. Finally you slide the straps over your shoulders. Take off rings first so that no stitch gets caught.
