❓ FAQ

What should you watch for when tying someone up?

One finger must fit between cuff or rope and skin. Check circulation and feeling regularly; tingling, numbness, cold or pale skin mean release at once. Never pull the rope tight across joints or the inside of the upper arms, where nerves lie close under the skin, and it is not meant for suspension. Whoever is tied up, gagged or blindfolded is never left alone and not kept in the same position for long, scissors are within reach, and a safe word agreed beforehand ends everything immediately. Rope and restraints never go around the neck; the collar sits loosely enough for two fingers to fit underneath, nobody pulls on the lead, and nothing is tied to it. Under the blindfold, nose and mouth stay free.

What applies to the gag?

Breathing through the nose must be free at all times. The holes in the ball are no substitute for a free nose. Wear it only briefly and never with a cold, nausea or after alcohol. Because a safe word does not work with a gag, agree a signal without words beforehand, such as dropping an object. Drooling is normal; the ball is never forced in and the jaw is not overstretched.

How long do the nipple clamps stay on?

Only briefly, about 10 to 15 minutes. The small screw on each clamp sets the pressure; start loose and increase slowly. When they come off the blood flows back, which can hurt more than wearing them, so remove them gently. They are not put on injured or irritated skin.

How is the whip used?

Start gently and only on well-padded areas. The bottom and the backs of the thighs take the most; head, neck, spine, kidney area, joints and genitals are left out. Increase the strength slowly and check in between how it feels.

How do you clean the pieces?

With a damp cloth, then let them air-dry. That goes for cuffs, collar, blindfold, whip and clamps. Rinse the gag ball with warm water and mild soap after every use. The rope is best washed by hand and hung up to dry. Everything goes back into the tin dry.
