Does the off-the-shoulder top slip?

It has no straps and is held only by the close-fitting upper edge. If you want more hold when moving a lot, wear a bandeau underneath; suitable pieces are under for the top.

How does the skirt sit?

With a smooth waistband on the hips, close against the bottom, and it reaches just below it. The thong shows through the open net; the skirt is not meant to hide anything.

Is the net see-through?

Yes. Between the denser lines the holes are open, so the skin stays visible everywhere underneath.
