The Vice Grip from the Steel line is a urethral stretcher in polished stainless steel. A round ring is placed behind the glans and holds the whole frame in place. With the wing screws you move the pins and fix their position. There are two versions, the Vice Grip and the 3-way stretcher, which differ in the build of the frame and the number of pins. What applies to the pins?

Sterile, with feeling and never with force. Everything is cleaned and disinfected beforehand, and only a sterile water-based lubricant will do. Let the pins slide in without pressure and turn the wing screws only in small steps. With pain, burning or blood, stop at once.

What applies to the glans ring?

It cannot be cut open in an emergency. Only put it on if it comes off again easily while soft. Wear it briefly at first and for 20 to 30 minutes at most; with numbness, cold, discolouration, swelling or pain everything comes off at once, and you never fall asleep with it.

How do the versions differ?

In the frame. On the Vice Grip the two adjusting screws sit opposite each other; the 3-way stretcher is built differently and has more pins.

How is it cleaned?

Thoroughly before and after every use. Stainless steel has no pores and can be boiled; loosen the wing screws a little so that water also gets into the threads. Then let it dry completely and store it free of dust.

Which lubricant is the right one?

A sterile water-based one. For the urethra, ordinary lubricant from a bottle is not enough; it must be filled sterile. Water-based products are under water-based lubricant.
