The Max lubricant by Mixgliss is a water-based gel in the Natural variety, filled into a large black 250 ml tube. On the front it carries a blue-grey panel with the MAX lettering and the variety in French and English, “Nature” and “Natural”. The tube stands upside down on its black cap, so the gel collects at the opening and comes out without much squeezing. Does it go with condoms and toys?

Yes. A water-based gel attacks neither latex nor the usual toy materials, so you can use it with latex condoms just as well as with toys made of silicone, glass, metal or plastic. You will find condoms under condoms and toys under sex toys.

Can you use it anally too?

Yes, a water-based gel is suitable for that as well. Go slowly, use plenty of lubricant and stop immediately if it hurts or bleeds.

How much do you need?

Start with a small amount, about the size of a hazelnut, and spread it with your fingers on your skin or the toy. You can always add more; anything excess you simply wipe off with a tissue.

What do you do if it dries out?

A water-based gel soaks in over time and partly evaporates. A few drops of water make it smooth again.

How do you wash it off?

With lukewarm water, from your skin just as from a toy. If some ends up on bedding or towels, it comes out in the normal wash.

How do you store the tube?

Tightly closed, cool and out of direct sunlight, so not in the car or on a radiator. Wipe the opening briefly after use and the cap stays clean. Once opened, the shelf-life note on the pack applies.

Is it a massage gel too?

It is made as a lubricant. Anything designed specifically for massage is under massage products.
