When is M the right choice?

Can I use it anally?

Yes, because it has what is a must for anal use: a wide base. Balls and suction base stop it from slipping in completely; a toy without such a base never belongs in the bottom. For anal use the diameter matters more than the length, so give yourself more time than with the smallest size. And if it hurts, you stop: pain is a warning signal, not an obstacle.
