The ElectraClamp by ElectraStim is a black electro-stimulation clamp with two plug connections. It is bipolar: both poles sit in the same clamp, so the circuit closes inside the device and does not run through the body from left to right. That is the only reason it may sit above the waist; two separate electrodes on both nipples would send the current across the chest and are off limits. It only works with a suitable electro-stimulation control unit, which is not included. Electro-stimulation does not feel like vibration but like a pull coming from the muscle itself: the current triggers the contraction rather than irritating the skin. That is why many people try it once and either like it immediately or not at all. Start on the lowest setting, put the clamp on before switching on and move it only after switching off.
