Latex. Grease makes latex brittle, so condoms and latex gloves can tear without you noticing. For silicone toys, too, it is better to use a water-based gel rather than grease; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant. On glass and metal, by contrast, it is unproblematic.

How do you dispense it from the bottle?

Flip the cap open, tilt the bottle and put a portion into your hand. Spread between your palms, the film becomes even; when it thins, top up. Then snap the cap shut again so nothing leaks.

What applies when fisting?
