What does “Relax” mean for this gel?

Relax is the name of the range, not a promise. The gel contains menthol, which can feel cool on the skin. That matters, because pain remains a warning sign: if it hurts, you stop. Menthol can sting on mucous membranes, so try it on a small area first.

What is it compatible with?

How much do I need for fisting?

More than you think: it is handfuls, not drops. Water-based gel dries out over time, so you top up before it starts to drag, not once it is already rubbing.
