Can I use it with silicone toys?

No. Silicone-based lubricant attacks the surface of silicone toys: it turns dull and, over time, tacky, and that damage cannot be undone. For silicone toys, take a gel from water-based lubricant.

Does it work with condoms and gloves?

With latex, yes. It does not attack latex condoms or the latex gloves that are often worn for fisting. For condoms or gloves made of other materials, follow their own instructions.

How far do 50 ml go for fisting?

Not far, because fisting is measured in handfuls rather than drops, and you top up before it starts to rub.
