No, and that is not a detail. Silicone oil attacks the surface of silicone: first it turns dull, then tacky, and the damage is permanent. On glass, metal, PVC and latex it is harmless. For silicone toys take a water-based gel; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

Which size is the right one?
