What is in it?

Water, glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, pentylene glycol, sorbitol, sodium lactate, urea, lactic acid, serine, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and allantoin. The gel is preserved with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate and contains no oils or fats. It is vegan.

Does it dry out?
