The Flogger from Fetish Submissive has a fall made of many long, flat strips of vegan leather. The strips are red on top and light brown on the back, so the fall looks two-toned in motion. Because the impact is spread across many strips, a flogger lands over an area rather than at a point; depending on the swing, that ranges from a gentle stroke to a firm, dull slap. Where are you allowed to strike?

Only on well-padded areas, that is the buttocks and the backs of the thighs. The spine, kidneys, stomach, joints, neck, head and everything above the waist are off limits, because organs and bones lie just beneath the skin there.
