What does the bulb at the tip add?

It puts the pressure on a small area instead of along the whole length. Going in and coming out it is felt one by one - that is the difference between a wand you set once and one you work with.

Where is the difference from the two sisters?

Is glass not dangerous?

Not this one. What is used is toughened borosilicate glass, the kind found in laboratory equipment - it does not crack at temperature changes and does not break under normal pressure. What one does anyway: run a finger over the surface before every use and set it aside at the first chip.

How is it cleaned?

With warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner. Glass is pore-free, so nothing stays in it. The handle contains electronics - it must not be submerged.
