Aqua Power Toylube by EROS is a water-based lubricant without flavour that is made for toys. On the black bottle with a carbon look, small blue symbols show a plug, a rabbit vibrator and love balls, with “Aqua Lubricant for Toys” underneath. At the top sits a pump dispenser under a clear protective cap. That way you dose with one hand, even when you are already holding the toy in the other. The gel belongs to the brand’s Power range, which in our shop also includes Hybride Power, the silicone-based Mega Power and the flavoured Power Fruit gels. If you react sensitively, try a new gel on the inside of your elbow first. Lubricant is not only for emergencies, either: a little gel keeps friction even, especially when things get drier after a while. Does it go with condoms?

Water-based lubricant is compatible with latex condoms. You will find condoms under condoms.

How do you apply it?

Ideally straight onto the toy: one or two pumps, spread with your fingers, and it glides where it should. With anal toys you use more and top up in between. On toys with ridges or nubs, spread it into the grooves with your fingers as well.

What do you do when it soaks in?

A few drops of water make most water-based gels slippery again, which is the usual trick. For long sessions it is still worth keeping the bottle within reach.

How do you clean the toy afterwards?

The gel comes off with clear water. Then clean the toy as usual and let it dry before you put it away.

Is there a version for the body?

Yes, the same range has the Aqua Power Bodylube, which you will also find under water-based lubricant.

How do you store it?

Tightly closed, somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, the shelf-life indication on the bottle applies. Other varieties and sizes are under lubricant.
