The Lubricant Intimate Lubricant from Femintimate is a water-based lubricant in a slim bottle with a pump dispenser. Under the clear protective cap sits a pump head that releases the gel in portions, so you can dose it with one hand without unscrewing a lid. In the dark or in the middle of things, that is the difference between a quick movement of the hand and an interruption. The gel washes off skin and toys with plain water. Lubricant is not only for when things stay dry, either: even if you get wet on your own, a little gel gives more even friction, especially when it takes longer. Is it compatible with condoms?

Yes. Water-based lubricant is compatible with latex condoms, unlike oil, petroleum jelly or greasy creams, which quickly make latex porous. Condoms are under condoms.

Does it suit silicone toys?

Yes. Silicone toys can only be attacked by silicone-based lubricants; water does them no harm. That makes a water-based gel suitable for every toy material, from silicone to glass to metal.

What if it soaks in?

A few drops of water on the skin usually make it smooth again; only if that is not enough do you add more gel. That way the bottle lasts considerably longer.

How much do you use for anal?

Considerably more than you would guess, topping up again and again, because nothing gets wet on its own back there and the skin is sensitive to friction.

Does it work for hand play too?

Yes, for foreplay and hand play it works well. For a long full-body massage it is less suited, as it soaks in faster than a massage oil and then needs topping up.

How do you store it?
