Femintimate – fifteen items around intimate health 🌸

Femintimate is the only brand in our range that comes from intimate health rather than from the toy shelf. Five of the fifteen items serve pelvic floor training, one set is a medical aid, four are care products, and only two are toys in the usual sense.

Five items for pelvic floor training 💪

The silicone intimate trainer comes in three steps – S, M and L –, plus the silicone Kegel balls and the pelvic floor training balls in medical-grade silicone. Comparable items under love balls.

One dilator set 🩺

The Intimrelax set with three sizes is not a toy but an aid: dilators are used to accustom the vagina gently to being stretched – for instance with vaginismus, after surgery or during menopause. You start with the smallest size and increase slowly over weeks. Important: the set is made of LATEX. With a latex allergy it is not suitable. What a dilator is is explained in the article What is a dilator?.

Four intimate care items and two lubricants 🧼

Then there is the toy cleaning spray at 150 ml – see sex toy cleaners and intimate care.

Two toys 💫

The Daisy clitoral sucker in pink, 20.2 x 4.2 cm works with air pressure rather than touch – see lay-on vibrators. The universal silicone vibrator in pink is the plainer model; see vibrators.

Are there menstrual cups here?

No. The collection text used to name menstrual cups first – today the range does not contain a single one. The fifteen items consist of trainers, care products, two lubricants, a dilator set and two toys.

How does pelvic floor training work?

The trainer is inserted and held in place by consciously tensing and releasing. Short, regular sessions achieve more than long ones – five to ten minutes a day is enough, and results show over weeks, not days. Start with the size you can hold securely and only then work down. Our guide to pelvic floor training and our guide to love balls explain it in detail.

S, M or L?

With trainers, bigger is not better – it is the other way round: the smaller the trainer, the more muscle work it takes to hold it. Start with the size you can hold without effort – usually L – and work your way down to the smaller ones.

How are the items cared for?

Silicone is non-porous and straightforward: clean before and after every use with warm water and a toy cleaner, dry thoroughly, store clean. With silicone, use water-based lubricant only. The latex set from the Intimrelax needs particular care, because latex ages – store it dry and dark and use no oil- or fat-based products with it.

When does this belong with a doctor rather than in the basket?

With pain during sex, recurring burning, itching or discharge. Care products and trainers help with well-being and muscle strength, but they do not replace an examination. If you are reaching for dilators because of vaginismus, professional support is worth having – doing it alone makes the road unnecessarily hard.

How is it delivered?

Neutrally and discreetly. Your order ships in a plain box with no reference to the contents, and the sender name gives nothing away either. Within Germany we deliver free of charge, with no minimum order value.
