How do you insert them?

With clean hands and a little water-based lubricant, lying down or with one leg raised. Insert the balls one after the other until only the retrieval cord is outside. Silicone-based lubricants attack the material; the selection is under water-based lubricant.

How long do you wear them?

Start with a quarter of an hour and build up slowly. Longer is not better: once the muscles tire, the balls tend to slip rather than being held.

How do they come out again?
