What do you need to start?

Water-based lubricant and a little calm. A bit of gel on the first ball makes insertion easy; leave out silicone-based lubricant, because it can attack silicone over time.

How do you go about inserting them?

Relaxed, lying down or squatting. First one ball slides in, then the second. The loop stays outside and within reach at all times; it is the only way back.

How do you remove the balls?

With a slow pull on the loop. Breathe out and pull evenly without jerking. If anything feels unfamiliar or presses, take them out sooner and wear them a little shorter next time.

Can the balls be used anally?

No. They are meant for the vagina only. Only a toy with a flared base may be used anally, and a loop is not a base. For that there are anal sex toys.

How do you care for the silicone?
