The Vaginal Dumbbell Set Anabiosis by Armony consists of three pieces: a single ball and two double balls, each on a long, thin stem with a teardrop-shaped loop for pulling it out. The balls are egg-shaped with a smooth, matt surface, and the two double balls differ in size; balls, stem and loop are each made in one piece. The three pieces are meant as levels with which you build up your pelvic floor training step by step. There is no motor inside; your muscle does the work by holding the piece while you move. Start with the piece that is easiest to hold. Ten to fifteen minutes at a time is enough; training for hours only tires the muscle. None of them stays in overnight. This set is blue. When is it time for the next level?

When you can hold the previous one effortlessly for a quarter of an hour, even while walking and climbing stairs. That is a matter of weeks, not of one evening.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and only a little of it, so that nothing slips. Silicone lubricant attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant, and a plan for the first weeks is in our pelvic floor training plan.

Do you have to use every level?

No. Many people stay with the level that feels right for them. The set is a choice, not a to-do list.

How is it cleaned?

After every use, wash each piece separately with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let it dry completely, then store it dry. Further models are under love balls.

How do you insert them?

It is easiest lying down or with one foot raised, for example on the edge of the bath. Slide the ball in slowly until only the stem and loop are showing. To take it out, pull evenly on the loop rather than jerking it, and relax as you do.
