❓ FAQ
Why did the title carry a single measurement before?
Because the record knew only one. The box holds three pieces, and the table gives length, thickness and insertable length for each separately. All three now stand above.
What does “thumping” mean?
Inside each ball lies a smaller loose weight ball. It knocks against the wall of the outer one at every movement - hence the name. There is no motor in it; the movement comes from walking and from the muscle.
Which one does one start with?
With the small single ball and with ten minutes. Only once it can be held without thinking about it does the next one follow. That is exactly why three lie in one box.
What does it actually train?
The pelvic floor - the same layer of muscle that holds the bladder when you sneeze. The balls give it something to hold, and the holding is the exercise. Ten minutes a day is enough.
What is the retrieval cord for?
It is the only way back. Balls without a cord have no business inside the body; with one they can be pulled out at any time, even when the muscle is not cooperating.
When should they not be used?
During a period, with an infection, in the first weeks after giving birth and after surgery in the pelvis. Anyone with a coil or unsure asks at the practice first - pelvic floor training is good, but not in every situation.
Is lubricant needed?
A little helps with inserting, and it should be a water-based one from water-based lubricant. Silicone lubricant attacks the surface; too much of it, on the other hand, makes the ball slippery, and then the muscle stops working.
How are they cleaned?
With lukewarm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner, before and after every use. The cord is washed too.
