How do you train with them?

Insert, hold and get on with your day - ten to fifteen minutes daily is enough. As soon as that works effortlessly, more weight comes in. Longer is not better: a tired muscle does not get stronger.

How do they come out again?

By the retrieval cord. It stays outside and is not inserted - pulling it while the muscle is still holding makes it needlessly hard; relaxing briefly is enough.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and not much of it. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How are they cleaned?

Wash with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let them dry. Further models are under love balls.
