Body Extensions Bold by Doc Johnson is a two-piece set of harness and hollow silicone attachment. A hollow strap-on is something other than an ordinary one: your own penis goes inside and the sleeve adds length and girth. It has a clearly shaped glans and is detachable. Who is a hollow strap-on for?

For anyone who would rather not rely on their own firmness: a hollow sleeve holds its shape by itself, regardless of what happens underneath. Further models are under penile enlargement.

Do you need lubricant inside as well?
