How do you put it on?

Open the buckles under the arms, lay the shoulder straps on and line up the two cross bars so that one lies on the chest and one between the shoulder blades. Then close the buckles again and set the length.

How firmly may it fit?

So that no strap cuts in or constricts and a finger still fits under each one. If you feel tingling, numbness or pressure marks, loosen the buckles at once. No strap goes round the neck.

What about the large rings?

They are part of the look and connect the straps. You do not use them for pulling, tying off or suspension, because every pull goes through the straps on to shoulders and chest.
