How do you make it glow?

It has to be activated with sunlight beforehand. So leave it in daylight for a while before the lights go out; afterwards the straps show green in the dark room.

How do you put it on?

Best from top to bottom: first the shoulder straps, then line up the triangles round the chest and the ring in the centre, and finally the waist and hip straps go into place. The first time the straps are hard to follow, and a second person helps.

How tight may it sit?
