How do you adjust the harness?

Pull it over the shoulders with the buckles open and place the ring in the middle of the breastbone. Then close the two upper buckles first, then the lower ones, choosing in each case the hole at which the strap sits close. Because every strap can be set individually, the ring can be placed higher or lower.

What should you watch for while wearing it?

No strap may cut in: there must be room for at least one finger under each one. A strap is never pulled across the neck or throat. If a spot goes numb, tingles or the skin changes colour, open a buckle at once. The ring is at most for guiding, never for pulling or hanging; the harness does not carry body weight.

Which size fits?
