Does the headband press when worn for longer?

Any headband can press after a while, especially behind the ears. Take it off now and then before it gets uncomfortable, and do not force the band open.

How does it stay in place?

The band is finely ribbed, which gives it a little more grip than a smooth headband. Over loose, smooth hair any headband still slides back more easily. A few hair grips on either side hold it, and with pinned-up hair it sits more firmly.

How are the ears made?

Each ear is curved slightly forward like a shallow bowl and wrapped around the band at the bottom, so it sits firmly and does not twist while you wear it.

How is it cleaned?
